I am not too sure just how long it has been since we, by the grace of our mighty God, first came into contact with Pastor PHILLIP MAHALI, in Mbeya, Tanzania, but it has been several years. However, it is only through the dedication of this very dear brother that it has been possible for us to reach, not only into Tanzania, but through his services, into MALAWI, KENYA, BURUNDI, the REPHBLIC of the CONGO, RHWANDA, UGANDA and ZANZIBAR. And to have had a number of our tracts translated into the local languages of SWAHILI and CHICHEWA. We have had hundreds of thousands of those tracts distributed through those countries, and have had the privilege of hearing of much fruit been borne for the glory of our God.
Now to some encouraging emails we have received from Phillip:

26th April 2012, Mbeya, Tanzania

My beloved brother in Christ Daniel & Terri Maher, more discipleship studies book are needed as Lords provides. We are still praying for you. Ps Philip & Kissa Mahali

Brothers Daniel & Terri Maher, I have already distributed the discipleship studies to John Banda (Malawi), George Otieno (Kenya), Mary Makecho (Burundi), Peter Siwale, John Mark and Philip, all Tanzania. Here in Mbeya, the people are very happy with these studies and I have received testimonies from all the brothers and they say people are very happy to receive these studies but they still need more. WOULD YOU PLEASE HELP AND SEND MORE FUND FOR DISCIPLESHIP STUDIES? What I say is, as Lord provides. May the Lord bless you, Philip & Kissa Mahali

John Banda (Malawi).

13th April 2012, East, Central & Southern Africa

My beloved brothers Daniel & Terri Maher, thank you so much for remembering us again this time, I received the funds safely. Yes lets use all of this money to get Discipleship Studies and send a few copies to all representatives; George Otieno (Kenya), Mary Makecho (Rwanda & Burundi), John Banda (Malawi), Peter Siwale (Zanzibar Island), John Mark (Tanzania), Philip Mahali (Tanzania) Concerning cost; yes you are right, we can get quantities printed at $3AUD each. My brothers, Africans need this teaching, and we will use all funds for these studies to the end of this year. Many African countries will get these studies and people will be transformed, especially church leaders. My brother, my advice is that, in Africa, we focus especially on the Muslims countries, and I have planned to go there and bring tracts together with discipleship studies, if you will be able to help me with transportation. I am ready and willing. Be blessed. Your sons, Ps Philip & Kissa Mahali

24th Nov 2011

Beloved brothers Daniel & Terri, greetings from inner most part of my heart; I believe you are fine, but sadly I am not. I am suffering from malaria as you know, and we are now in the rainy season, so the mosquitoes are increasing. I want to inform you that John Banda and his friends have prepared a very, very big final mission for this year which will begin in the first week of December. So I am reminding you brother concerning their request; mosquito nets, tents, blankets and water. I already have the blankets here and I will be in Malawi the first week of December to take this and the other items, if you will be able to send the funds for them. Also, don’t forget Mary Pierre in the Congo and the brethren in, Mozambique and Zimbabwe; they still need a lot of tracts. They all will be finishing their missions at the end of this month so please remember them. God bless you. Your sons, Philip & Kissa Mahali

2nd Nov 2011

My beloved brothers in Christ Daniel & Terri, I thank God the missions with Ian Traill are finished; 3 days of conference and graduations with 31 church leader graduates. Ian is a very, very good person. Thank you for connecting me with him, and now he is on the way to Kenya. My brother, we still need your help here in Africa as this continent needs the true gospel. John Banda, Malawi, and his team are planning to have missions at the end of this month of November. I also am planning to go to other countries with the tracts, and while I know the work is very hard, I will do this with God’s help. God bless you brother. Your sons, Pastor Philip & Kissa Mahali

31st Oct 2011

Toward the end of this month, Ian Trail from Trailblazers International, an on line bible college, has started linking up with our contacts in East Africa, and this seems to have been very beneficial all around. He has contacted us saying, “This place has many people who have come to the Lord, but they need lots of teaching. Your tracts have been a great benefit here. I am so moved by these people as they are like dry and parched ground soaking up every word. I hope others will come and help in the teaching.” We will hopefully have more details about this later, as around the middle of the November Ian will be spending up to two weeks in West Africa with our contacts there.

27th Oct 2011

Dear Danny and Terri, it took me 62 hours to get from my home to this corner of the Vineyard, Mbeya, Tanzania. Yesterday I had four hours of teaching. I have had a stomach bug which has meant many pit stops. I hope I will be over it today. This place has many people who have come to the Lord, but they need lots of teaching. Your tracts have been a great benefit here. I am so moved by these people as they are like dry and parched ground soaking up every word. I hope others will come and help in the teaching. Pastor Philip has started to make more contacts in other areas to establish the College. He is leaving in November to visit two other African countries to start two more campuses. "Isn't our God great?" In HIS hands; Ian Traill M.Th

21st Oct 2011

My beloved brothers in Christ, Daniel & Terri, I received the funds for tracts and John Banda’s assistance safely. This will help and encourage John a lot, Lastly I am very, very happy to hear that you still hoping to be able to provide tents, blankets and mosquito nets for my brothers in Malawi, through your fellowship. This will encourage them because they really are working very hard in dangerous situations. I will fast and pray for you asking God concerning the above request. God bless you. Your sons, Phillip & Kissa Mahali

20th Oct 2011

Beloved brothers in Christ Daniel & Terri, I hope all of you are okay, by God's grace, Next week we will have conferences with brother Ian Trail and 26 students will graduate. Your sons, pastors Philip & Kissa Mahali.

6th Oct 2011

Beloved brothers in Christ Daniel & Terri, are you back home yet? I am planning a trip to Malawi on Friday this week to meet with our brother John Banda, as I told you previously. So I am taking this opportunity to remind you of the following, as LORD PROVIDES,

1) The funds for tracts for Mary and the brothers in Mozambique and Zimbabwe,

2) The funds for tents, blankets, mosquito nets and pure water.

3) The funds for transport to Malawi, and a small amount of funds which I will be given to John as an encouragement because what has happened to him.

ALL I CAN SAY IS, IF POSSIBLE, AND AS LORD PROVIDES! Let me hear from you soon please. God bless you. Your sons, pastors Philip & Kissa Mahali

30th Sept 2011

Beloved brothers in Christ, Daniel & Terri, concerning John, he told me that he is going to his parents village to rest and will be discussing his situations with them. This village and is very far from his town, but I do know his futures lies in living in that town because he is a good leader/representative and is the one who was connecting others together in Malawi. Next week I hope to be on the way to Malawi to see him and encouragement him, so if the funds for equipments will be ready it will be good for me to buy the equipment and bring it to John and his team. I wait and hope to hear from you very soon. God bless you brothers Daniel and Terri for what you do for us. Pastors Philip & Kissa Mahali

15th Sept 2011

Beloved brothers, Daniel & Terri, I am just taking this opportunity to remind you to send funds as Lord provides for tracts for this week (Thursday). I am still receiving many requests day after day, plus Mary Pierre and other brethren from Zimbabwe and Mozambique are requesting more also. All I can say is as LORD PROVIDES! We are all fasting and praying for you because we know the heavy responsibilities you carry. God bless you. Your sons, Pastor Philip & Kissa Mahali

7th Sept 2011

Beloved brothers in Christ Daniel & Terri, greetings from my heart! It’s good to give thanks to the Lord and to you also for what you do here in Africa with the tract ministry. Brothers don’t be discouraged, because your work is not in vain. Up to now you have many spiritual children whom you got through your visions/tracts. My prayer is one day the amount of funds will be increased. Lastly, just to remind you that the tracts are still needed for Mary and other brothers in the Lord here in Africa. God bless you my brothers. Phillip & Kissa Mahali

21th July 2011

Brothers Daniel & Terri Maher, I am taking this opportunity again just to remind you concerning tracts this week for George Otieno (Uganda), John Mark (Iringa, Tanzania), Peter Siwale (Dodoma district, Tanzania) and the student fellowships in several parts of Tanzania. Next time we will focus in Mozambique and Zimbabwe. Also I want you to know that the number of people who need tracts is increasing day after day, but I do know what we shall do, we will pray and trust in the Lord our Provider. Stay in blessing. Your sons, pastors Philip & Kissa Mahali

1st June 2011

Beloved brothers Daniel & Terri Maher, I believe you are still strong physically and spiritually. I think John Banda has two weeks left to finish his missions, but I have received Swahili tracts order/request from Mozambique and DRC Kongo. Let's finish with our brother John in Malawi first, as I am making good contacts with brothers in Mozambique and DRC Kongo. Thursday is a very good day to send funds for tracts and I appreciate it, as that gives me enough time to prepare and send out the tracts. Also, 300 AUD is a good amount because to the numbers of peoples/countries who need your tracts. Brothers, may the Lord bless you. Your servants, Pastor, Philip & Kissa Mahali

9th June 2011, Mbeya, Tanzania

Brothers in Christ, Daniel & Terri, I am greeting you in Jesus name our saviour. Please, I need your prayer because I am suffering from heavy FLU and my wife is suffering from MALARIA. Please pray for us brothers. As I told you before your tracts now are becoming familiar to many
people and organizations in and out of Tanzania. Also I have more than 20 new tracts request from church leaders, preachers and organizations. What shall we do?  My prayer is may the Lord give you financial breakthrough in order to increase our budget from 300 AUD to 500 per week. Let's pray together and trust in God. We thank God, because John and his team will finish their mission with tomorrow’s tracts. Stay in blessing and God's grace. Pastors Philip & Kissa Mahali

5th May 2011

Brothers Daniel & Terri, I am back home safely but I am so tired. The mission was very, very good, like never happened before. The number of peoples who need tracts has doubled because many people are now familiar with your tracts and they are very interested. So please, if possible I am asking you to increase the amount of funds, as Lord provides you, in order to meet the people's needs. Thank you for hearing me. God bless you. Your sons, pastors Philip & Kissa Mahali.

23rd Feb 2011.

Brothers in Christ, Danny & Terri, thank you very much for your encouragements and prayers. Thank you also for sending our prayer request to brethren around the world. Rejoice is now improving and is out of hospital, although he continues on medication, but today he is again in school. So let us rejoice and thank God together for this special healing of our son. God bless you too. Pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali.

18th Feb 2011

Our dear brethren Phillip ans Kissa Mahali have been going through very hard trials for most of January and February because of their sons health. Please pray for them. The boy's name is Rejoice, and he has spent much time in hospital with a very severe breathing problem and has now developed typhoid. Despite this, these beloved brethren have continued to serve the other pastors  and evangelist in that part of Africa by having many thousands of tracts printed and delivered to them for their continuing work for the Lord's harvest.

22nd Dec 2010

Beloved brothers Danny and Terri, thank you very much for your financial assistance for Christian tracts which I received safely. We will use all of this money to print and send tracts to Mary, in Burundi. By the way, in this season many people will be around their homes/cities, so many tracts will be needed. Let us use this money for tracts only. God bless you. Your sons, pastors Phillip and Kissa Mahali.

3rd Dec 2010

Phillip continues to extend himself in the service of his fellow workers in several counties in his area. These include George Otieno in Kenya who is about to finish three months of missions there, plus Mary Makecho who next week, by God's grace, will be starting two months of missions in Burundi, followed by two months in Rwanda. Phillip has committed himself to assist with preaching some of the time, as well as supplying tracts. He continues to be a great inspiration to me personally. Please pray for this great servant of Christ.

16th Nov 2010

Greetings brothers Danny & Terri. By God's grace John Mark is now OK. I communicate with him by phone through one of his sons. It is very difficult to communicate with him by email as he lives a long way from an internet cafe, but I am planning to visit him next week.
It is good to hear of my fellow Africans coming to Jesus through the tracts which we supply to our fellow worker Peter, and others also. The people now know well about your tracts, and the numbers of people, church leaders and countries continues to grow. Is it possible for you to increase the funds for this work? Let me hear from you soon please. God bless you my brothers Danny & Terri. Your sons, pastors Phillip and Kissa Mahali.

21st Oct 2010

My brothers Danny & Terri, the student fellowship (Tanzanian Youth) have concluded their missions, which took one month. Last Sunday they came to my church fellowship to thank us, and to give us the following testimonies; 82 students got saved; 30 boys and 52 girls. The same day, after the service, I baptised 10 students. (This is very wonderful) I hope they will contact you direct and give you their personal testimonies. Your sons, Phillip & Kissa Mahali,

27th Sept 2010

My brothers Danny & Terri, thank you for the funds I received on Friday without problem. The reason I was slow in answering is that, on the same day I received bad news of my best friends death, so I had to go bury him. My wife, Kissa, had the Swahili tracts printed and sent to our three brothers the same day. The number of people getting saved is very high, I think people are becoming familiar with your tracts, through the Holy Spirit. The brothers will send you all the testimonies after finishing their missions. Please don't forget us next week, as the Lord provides. God bless. Your sons, Phillip & Kissa Mahali.

10th Sept 2010

My brothers, Daniel & Terri Maher, thank you very, very much for remembering us again, and for sending 200 AUD for Swahili tracts. Last week, I borrowed 80 AUD from two businessmen in order to print and send Swahili tracts to our three brothers, so now I need to return the 80 AUD to them. 200AUD = that 80 AUD for this week's tracts, plus 120 AUD for next week's. Those brothers are, Peter Siwale in Dodoma, the student fellowship in Tanzania, and our brother George Otieno in Kenya. Note that Peter and the student fellowship will each spend two months in missions, and George will spend three months. These are all very urgent, so please, don't forget us next week, if the Lord provides. We are praying for you. I wait to hear from you. God bless. Your sons, pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali.

31th Aug 2010

My dear brothers, Danny & Terri, I have already printed and send Chichewa tracts to John Banda in Malawi, and Swahili tracts to George Otieno in Kenya, plus Peter Siwale in Dodoma, and the student fellowship here in Tanzania. Note that those Chichewa tracts will be the last for John Banda, So I advice we focus on helping our brother, Peter Siwale for one month, because he has already started door to door missions, and also on helping our brother George Otieno in Kenya. He received a special request from his government to distribute tracts and preach the gospel in schools, prisons, hospitals and in the streets; this crusade will take three months. Let's also help the student fellowship here in Tanzania. Their missions will take one month.
Concerning the friends of our brother Kutz in Uganda, they will have six months of missions there, so I advise we help them for the last three months of their missions. BY GOD'S GRACE I AM EXPECTING TO RECIEVE FUNDS IN THIS WEEK TO SUPPLY OUR BROTHERS ABOVE. Lastly, I want to thank you for your kindness, and let's continue to serve our Master. May the Lord bless you and Terri and all the people who are supporting your visions! Your sons, Pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali.

27th Aug 2010

Brothers in Christ, Daniel & Terri Maher, thank you very much for your financial support (240AUD) which is for tracts! I will use this to print and send tracts to John Banda (Malawi), Peter Siwale (Dodoma), and our student fellowship. Your servants; pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali.

 24th July 2010

I am suggesting we use all of the funds for CHICHEWA tracts only, because the MALAWIAN people need the gospel, and there is a great need for tracts there. If God will provide you next week, we will help others, but the gospel must come first. God bless you. Your sons, pastors PHILLIP and KISSA MAHALI.

6th July 2010

Brothers Danny and Terri Maher, yes, I did get an invitation from the brethren in MALAWI to go work with them in their mission, so I have agreed with them, and I am willing to go there. So, on Friday I am supposed to be there, and the missions will take two months, but I will only be there for one month. They will need tracts for all those weeks. Please, I need you help for transport also. May the Lord bless you. Your sons, pastor PHILLIP and KISSA MAHALI.

29th May 2010

As your representative I know the situations you face financially. It's good to wait the Lord's good time. Also, it's good to be directed by the Holy Spirit. Please, I still need your help concerning SWAHILI tracts. as you know, many times I have been printing and distributing tracts for others, and not for myself, so please, I need your help, when you will be in a good position financially. Concerning MARY MAHECHO, although she has already invited people for evangelism, you still needs to hear from, and be directed by the Holy Spirit as to whether she needs to reduce the number of months or whatever. It is good to hear from, and be directed by our God. We are praying for you and Terri, and for all the people who support your vision. AMEN. Your fellow soldier in CHRIST"S army. pastors PHILLIP and KISSA MAHALI.

Mid 2010?

Brothers Danny & Terri Maher, I am home safely and my wife is improved. I thank God also for my son’s health, and thank you for your prayer support. The mission was very, very good. As I told you, this mission is for evangelism in schools, markets, streets, prisons and buses. The following people got saved; 1 student, 5 businessmen, 22 prisoners, 30 sick people, {10 of those got healed and went home} 35 travelers, 1 witch doctor and 3 witches. Brothers, as I told you before, the Chichewa tracts will be needed twice more, if possible. Please help as the Lord provides you. We have three weeks left to finish the mission, and I will go again in the last week, because, for now, I need to stay with my family, and also need to strengthen my church. Please continue to help. The people of Malawi need the gospel. God bless you. Your sons, pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali.
Early 2010
Brothers Dan & Terri, I am home safely this morning. The mission in Malawi was very good. This time 35 people got saved through Chichewa tracts and 15 through open air crusades; witches, devil worshipers, Muslims, harlots, drug people, and students are all very interested in Chichewa tracts. Pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali

Early 2010

My brothers Danny & Terri, thank you for your mail, and for forwarding Peter Siwale’s mail to me. I knew nothing of his problems and was concerned because of not being able to reach him by phone for many days. But just today I received his email, and he explained all the problems which he has faced. I promised that I will go to visit him next week. Brothers, I also received an email from Mary Makecho, she has one mission left in Uganda which begins on Wednesday next week. She is asking for Swahili tracts, telling me that the people are very interested in them. This time I am hoping to join her in Uganda. Please help her, and would you please send me to Uganda with the tracts. Thank you also for your prayers, and now my lovely wife, Kissa, is healed. God bless you. Your sons, pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali

Early 2010

My brothers Dan & Terri Maher, I greet you again in the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour. My brothers, I haven’t heard from you for many days and this is my third email. Is there still a problem with your computer? Is everything OK? I just want to inform you that I am back home safely, and the mission was very good. The following are the testimonies; 2 Witch doctors and 3 witches got saved, and they were helping us to distribute Chichewa tracts. Also, 7 Muslims, 50 prisoner, 20 students, and 10 sick peoples got saved, plus 30 others, including idols worshippers/devil worshippers, street children, and harlots. All Malawians say thank you very much for all your effort to make sure that so many got saved. My brothers, as I said before, we need to focus in the countries which are affected with civil war like Rwanda, Burundi and Congo. And I have already received many tracts requests from these countries. There is another mission next week from Tuesday. Could you please help? Let me hear from you and God bless you too. Your sons, pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali.

Dec 2010

My Brothers in Christ Dan & Terri Maher, I am greeting you in the powerful name Jesus Christ our Saviour. I just want to inform you that I am back home safely, although I lost my bag in the bus and I knew nothing about this because it was midnight and I was very tired. My brother, the mission in Malawi was very good, and the target for this year has been successfully reached. This time 5 prisoners, 150 students, and 15 sick people got saved, although 2 of the sick died while we were praying for them. Also, 20 street children and 5 harlots got saved. Again I am saying your work is not in vain. On Wednesday next week I will have a big Christmas crusade and seminar in my church, So I just want to take this opportunity to ask you for funds in order to get Swahili tracts. My brother, most of my time is taken up in strengthening others and distributing tracts for my brothers. Please help me with funds for Swahili tracts, which I will send to our brothers John and Peter. My brother, I know the situations which you face financially, and I know there are decisions which you are going to have to take. I pray that God may give you the wisdom which you need to take good decisions. We are still fasting and praying for you with tears. Your sons, pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali.

Oct? 2009

My brothers Dan & Terri Maher, Shalom. I thank God, the one who protects us from evil spirits, false religious leaders and devil worshipers. Really, we are in a hard and dangerous time, but we thank God, because I am now back home safely. I am very tired, but they need me to bring Chichewa tracts before the end of the month. Let me sleep a little. Thank you, pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali.

Sept? 2009

Dan & Terri Maher, I greet you in the name above all names, Jesus Christ our Saviour. Sadly, our brother Rudovick Zitto, from Malawi died one month ago. Also, we were supposed to begin two weeks of open crusades and house to house evangelism, but the Malawian government has given me only one week, so we preached and distributed tracts house to house. What I have learned is that the Malawian people are not interested in crusades, but are very interested in Christian literature, like tracts. My brothers, through Chichewa tracts 50 people got saved, and 7 people were healed in their bodies. 3 of those who were saved were from a devil worshiping church. They need me again at the end of the month to give them more Chichewa tracts and to plant churches here. Let me encourage you that your work is not in vain. Pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali
