My wife, Terri, & I have been involved in this Christian Tract Outreach program for quite some time. The work started in 1970, when the Lord convicted me of my lost state before him. Very graciously, he saved me from my past, filling me with his Holy Spirit, and causing me to be reborn of the Spirit of his Word. He did this so that he could begin to establish his kingdom in my life.
HE began by lighting an intense fire in me, (a passion for his Word) and HE has maintained that passion ever since. Next, he set about teaching me from his beautiful Word, giving me an insatiable desire for the scriptures. Very shortly after that he stirred me to begin writing down what he was teaching me, and this turned out to be the beginnings of the tracts and bible studies we now use, though at the time I had no idea where it would lead.

“God has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts, lest they should see with their eyes and understand with their hearts and turn to me to heal them.”
When I first read this scripture, which was spoken about God’s faithless people, it scared me until I came to understand the simple truth of Jesus’ other words in John 6:44, “No one comes to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day.” Again, in John 6:37, “All that the Father gives me will come to me, and he who comes to me I will not cast out.” And finally the word recorded in Gal 3:7, “So you see it is men of faith who are sons of Abraham.” Clearly, it is only those who have faith like that of Abraham who simply believed what the Word of the Lord said to him as recorded in (Gen 15:1-6) That faith is for us, as it was for Abraham, a simple, complete trust in the truth of God’s Word to us as shown in Jesus, the Christ, whose eternal name is the Word of God. (John 1:1 & 14, Rev 19:13)

Even for us, in what we call 'the free world', it would seem in many ways we are free to do mostly what we’re told.

ROM 15:21 “They shall see him who have never been told of him, and they shall understand who have never heard of him.” (Isaiah 52:15)
NORTH AFRICA:
The work of assisting Joseph Mujahidin with literature through Phillip Mahali, as he carries out a number crusades across that area of Africa, continues as best we can, though what we have been able to supply is well short of his requirements. His labours, and those of his fellow workers have borne much fruit among Muslim Arabs who are truly seeking God’s truth as revealed in Christ Jesus.
