31th March 2011, China
During this month contact was established between Trailblazers and us at Christian Tract Outreach. (Trailblazers is an online Bible College) This came about in an amazing way and has now resulted in an unofficial partnership between our two ministries with Ian Trail supplying pastor training materials to our contacts in India, East Africa and West Africa. I think he said he expects to be meeting with our contacts in India in Sept, then with Phillip Mahali and others in Tanzania in Nov. Finally he hopes to visit with John Boateng in Ghana, either late Dec or possibly Jan 2012. Incidentally, Ian has already set things in motion to have some of the tracts translated into Chinese.
29th March 2011, Dodoma, TanzaniaWe received an urgent plea for Swahili tracts from Peter Siwale today. He and some other pastors have been invited by the student fellowship to preach in a number of schools in that city. He reminds us again that the tracts are, as he put it, a very, very important tool in this work.
22nd March 2011, Iringa, Tanzania
Today we received a request for SWAHILI tracts from John Mark in Iringa, Tanzania. 20th March 2011, Ephraim Penumala, Krishna District, IndiaThis month, on the 30th and 31st our Krishna district pastors have arranged open gospel meetings, and they expect many thousands of people to attend, and they invited me to those meetings. Please pray that many will come and heard the word of God and be saved. This summer season we will be conducting this type of meetings in my area also. Thanking you brother, Ephraim Penumala 17th March 2011, Phillip Mahali, Mbeya, Tanzania
Brothers in Christ, Daniel & Terri, I am taking this opportunity to remind you concerning funds for tracts this week. This will be the last week for you to send funds for Mary Pierre and her team. Her outreach took four months, two in Burundi and two in Rwanda. I finished my mission in Mbeya and 15 peoples got saved, 6 ladies, 4 men and 5 young woman. All these people are in my church now. Your sons, pastors Phillip & Kissa Mahali. We are waiting for the reports from Mary & Daniel Pierre re their four months of crusades. 15th March 2011, John Banda (Evangelist), MalawiBrothers in Christ Danny & Terri,I hope I have not offended you by not having been in contact with you for several months now, but I was involved in an accident which left my leg affected a lot. I was in hospital for several months and only now I am opening my emails. We were supposed to begin a mission last month but we failed because I was in hospital, so we have arranged to begin ON 28 MARCH 2011. This will be for two month. PLEASE HELP US WITH TRACTS AS LORD PROVIDES YOU. Stay in peace. John Banda. We have been able to assist in some way, but this need is obviously ongoing. 12th March 2011, Ephraim Penumala, India
Brothers Danny & Terri, so many Hindus and Muslims and other non-Christians have read our tracts and they know first of all who our Saviour is, next they know the Bible is the truth, and then they know they have been living in sin. The Lord has used our tracts to open their eyes. They come to our Lord's feet and their lives are changed. I am so happy for this ministry. God bless you richly. Thanking you brother, Ephraim Penumala. 9th March 2011, Rivers State, NigeriaPastor Bekinbo Ibuwariso has just shared how over 1,000 people were saved through a mission in Abonnema. We do not know if our tracts were used there, but we rejoice in the wonderful grace of our God and in the work he is doing. 8th March 2011, Guntur District, Andrea Pradesh, IndiaWe have just received word from Pastor Ephraim Penumala of a Hindu man being healed. He had been hospitalised with a fatal illness, and in the process of being healed he was saved and converted to Christ. This was as a result of some pastors distributing tracts there and praying with the sick. Full details in "Outreach Reports" later. 8th March 2011, Takoradi, GhanaPastor John Boateng tells us some exciting news of what the Lord is doing in his country with doors opening up in northern Ghana, which is predominantly Muslim. Please pray for him and his team. Full details later in "Outreach Reports". 5th March 2011, Mbeya, TanzaniaThe latest repot on young Rejoice Mahali is that he is now fully recovered. We praise our God for his mercy and grace. Phillip and his wife Kissa also continue with an outreach in their local area. By our God's grace this will again be fruitful for the Masters glory. 4th March 2011, RwandaDaniel and Mary Pierre are continuing their outreach crusades in Rwanda and we expect they will finish up in about two weeks time after spending two months of evangelism in Burundi, followed by two month in Rwanda. Reports will follow when it is possible for them to do this, as we are sure they must be exhausted by now from their labours. Please pray for their safekeeping. 3rd March 2011, GhanaJohn Boateng and his team have completed their week in Cape Coast. By our God's grace we will have a report on this later. John's health is not that good at the moment. Please remember him to our Father. Mercy Armah's crusades continue with her requesting a further 60,000 tracts to complete the mission. A report will follow at a later date. 3rd March 2011, Andrea Pradesh, IndiaThe work in the Guntur, Prakasam and Krishna districts continues under the leadership of Ephraim Penumala, with him now being called to a meeting with the Prakasam pastors on the 4th of this month. Much loving prayer support needed in all of this work. |
