“Your steadfast love extends to the heavens, your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. Your righteousness is like majestic mountains, and your wisdom is like the depths of the sea.”

The song writer, in putting that beautiful scripture to music, obviously knew the reality of this in his own life because he added the words, And you come to me”. What amazing grace this is that we can, individually, experience all of our God’s steadfast love, faithfulness, righteousness and wisdom as a reality in our lives because of what the Lord Jesus did for us on Calvary.

And not only that, but we can also experience the unimaginable favor of having our God coming to live in us; the very God that the universe cannot contain. Remember what Solomon said, “Heaven, and the highest heaven cannot contain you, much less this house which I have built.” (1Kings 8:27)

For those of us who have experienced this astounding reality, surely all we want to do is to fall down in utter worship and adoration in the presence of such a beautiful God and Father!
