Jesus said, “This is eternal life; that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you’ve sent.” (Jh.17:3) And again, “No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father, except the Son, and anyone to whom he chooses to reveal him.” (Matt.11:27) Just as in any human relationship, we can never truly know another person unless they choose to reveal themselves to us, so it is, but even more so, with knowing this great unknowable God
